Compare the intended use, rider measurements, total load, storage needs and listed specifications. Ask us about anything unclear before ordering, especially road access, passenger equipment or accessory compatibility.
Are range and speed guaranteed?
No. Published maximums depend on configuration and test conditions. Real-world results vary with load, terrain, weather, settings and maintenance. Motor peak output and continuous output are different ratings.
Where can I ride?
Rules vary by location and model. Check applicable road, path and trail access, equipment, licensing, age and speed requirements before purchase. A powerful off-road model should not be assumed to have the same access as a lower-powered commuter model.
When will my order arrive?
Use the shipping terms and delivery information shown for your order. Once dispatched, the carrier tracking link provides available shipment updates. Contact us if you need information before placing a time-sensitive order.
Can I change or return my order?
Email contact@vastroofing.us with your order number as soon as possible if you need a change. Whether a change is possible depends on fulfillment status. Return eligibility, deadlines and costs are governed by the return policy applicable to your purchase. Ask for return instructions before sending anything back.
Is assembly needed?
Some models require assembly and adjustments. Follow the supplied manual and use qualified help if needed. Check brakes, fasteners, wheels, tires and controls before the first ride.
What warranty applies?
Coverage varies by product and the written terms supplied with it. Request the relevant warranty information before purchase. A supplier’s advertised warranty is not automatically a separate promise from this store.
