Welcome to the Vastroofing fulfillment page. We believe in keeping our shipping process completely transparent. Below are the answers to our most common delivery questions so you know exactly what to expect.

Where does Vastroofing deliver?

We proudly ship our products exclusively within the United States. At this time, our logistics network does not support international shipping, deliveries to U.S. territories, or cross-border freight forwarding.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Every order requires 2 business days of handling time before it leaves our loading dock. Our fulfillment team is active Monday through Friday. If you finalize a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday, or a recognized holiday, your 2-day processing clock will begin on the next active business day.

Once shipped, when will my items arrive?

After your package is picked up by the carrier, standard domestic transit takes between 5 and 8 business days. This means your total wait time—from the moment you click checkout to the moment it arrives at your door—will generally be between 7 and 10 business days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Delivery fees are calculated dynamically based on your exact location and the dimensions of your order. You will be able to review the exact shipping cost at the final checkout screen prior to entering your payment details.

Will I be able to track my package?

Absolutely. The moment our team prints your shipping label, our system will automatically email you a carrier tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking portal to register the initial scan.

What should I do if my package is delayed or damaged?

While we guarantee our 2-day dispatch timeframe, occasional carrier delays caused by severe weather or network congestion can happen. If your shipment is significantly delayed, or if it arrives with physical damage, please hold onto the original packaging and email us immediately so we can make it right.
